Refund & Cancellation Policy

At digitalrenaissance.space, we are committed to client satisfaction and transparency. This policy details the terms for project cancellations and refunds for our AIO services.
1. Cancellation Policy
1.1. Cancellation by Client
You have the right to cancel your project at any time. To do so, you must provide a written cancellation request to alaukik.m@tutamail.com.
The following conditions apply based on the timing of the cancellation:
- Cancellation Before Work Begins: If the project is canceled after the initial payment but before any work has commenced, you will receive a full refund of your advance payment, minus any non-refundable transaction fees charged.
- Cancellation After Work Begins: If the project is canceled after work has started, the initial advance payment (deposit) is non-refundable. You will be invoiced for any work completed beyond the scope covered by the deposit, calculated on a pro-rata basis.
1.2. Cancellation by Us
We reserve the right to cancel a project at our discretion under circumstances such as:
- A client is unresponsive for more than 14 consecutive days.
- There is a breach of our Terms & Conditions.
- The project scope changes significantly, and a new agreement cannot be reached.
In the event of cancellation by us, we will provide a refund for any portion of the work that has been paid for but not completed.
2. Refund Policy
2.1. General Terms
Our services are delivered based on a pre-agreed project scope and proposal. Refunds are not typically offered for services that have been rendered and delivered as per the agreement. We will make every reasonable effort to ensure the final deliverable meets your expectations.
2.2. Eligibility for a Refund
A refund will only be considered in the following situations:
- We fail to deliver the final project as outlined in the service agreement.
- There is a demonstrable error or fault in our work product that we are unable to rectify within a reasonable timeframe.
Refunds will not be issued for subjective reasons, such as a change of mind or dissatisfaction with creative choices, provided the work aligns with the agreed-upon brief.
2.3. Refund Timeframe
- Once a refund request is received and approved, we will initiate the refund process.
- Minimum Refund Timeframe: Please allow a minimum of 7 business days for the refund to be processed by us and our payment gateway.
- Maximum Refund Timeframe: It may take up to a maximum of 14 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your bank account or on your credit card statement, depending on the policies of your financial institution.
